Clients keep asking agencies for work the agency has never packaged. Every request turns into a bespoke point of view built from scratch, and the job goes to whoever already had the receipts. This is the package for one discipline, unbranded, so you put your logo on it and walk into the conversation the same week.
One kit, one discipline. Word file, yours to rebrand.
This is the argument the kit tells you to make in the room. It is printed here in full — if it is not an argument you would make, do not buy the rest.
For twenty years the job was to rank. A page earned a position, the position earned a click, and the click was the thing you bought. That chain is coming apart. An answer engine reads the sources and writes the answer, and the person reads the answer. The ranking still happens. The click increasingly does not.
The question is no longer “where do we rank for this term.” It is “when someone asks the question our customer actually asks, are we in the answer, and what does the answer say about us.” Those are different questions with different answers, and the second one is not something a rank tracker can tell you.
You are not optimizing a page for a crawler. You are making sure the handful of sources an answer engine leans on say the right thing about your client — and that the client’s own material is structured so it can be quoted rather than summarized away. Some of that is technical. Most of it is editorial and reputational, which is why it lands with a strategist and not only with an SEO team.
Nobody controls what a model says. There is no submission form, no ranking factor sheet, no guaranteed placement. What you can do is measurable, repeatable and worth paying for: find out what the answers currently say, find out what they are built on, change what can be changed, and watch it over time. Any agency promising more than that is selling something they cannot deliver.
Every number in the kit lives in one dated section, so when it goes stale you replace that section and nothing else. Here is what is in it.
| 8% vs 15% | Google visits where the user clicked a result — with an AI summary present, versus without. | Pew Research Center, Jul 2025 |
| 1% | Visits where the user clicked a link inside the AI summary itself. | Pew Research Center, Jul 2025 |
| 68.01% | US Google searches that ended without any click, Jan–Apr 2026. It was 60.45% in 2024. | SparkToro / Similarweb, 2026 |
Not a course, and not advice about running an agency. It is the artifact you hand a client.
Not a deck template. It is a working document: scope, prices, questions, answers.
Not a subscription. There is no kit-a-month, because that is a treadmill and you would stop reading it.
Not exclusive. Other agencies can buy the same kit. What makes it yours is your logo, your prices and your delivery.
If it saves you one afternoon of building a point of view from scratch, it paid for itself.
More kits come when there is something worth packaging, not on a schedule. The free one-page tools are here.
